As part of the wider campaign for distancing and restrictions in the current Coronavirus pandemic, the Chief Dental Officer for England has published new guidance, which means we can no longer continue to see patients until we receive further instruction.
Our phoneline will still operate Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, and we are available to chat through any concerns you have. We will be in touch with anyone who has an upcoming appointment but if you have any queries, please call us on 0117 990 2215. Please do not visit the practice as it will remain shut to all visitors.
The Chief Dental Officer assures us that Local Urgent Dental Care clinics are being set up, should you need to be seen for urgent emergency care. These will be places where the staff have all the protective equipment needed to keep them safe from the Coronavirus. Unfortunately that equipment is in very short supply, hence why all treatment is being directed towards these clinics.
This remains a fluid situation and we continue to monitor daily all the advice coming our way. We don't know how long this situation will go on for, but we want to reassure you that Hallows Dental Practice will survive this unprecedented situation and we’ll be opening our doors again as soon as we can.
In the meantime do stay safe and enjoy your time with your families.
Please forward this onto anyone it may be relevant to but may not be subscribed. They can sign up here for email updates.
