STAFF NOTES:

Hey T-REXers,

We are making a few facility clarifications with the City of St. Louis Health Commissioner declaring a Stay at Home Order.

📬 MAIL SERVICES 📬
  • Mail & Deliveries can be picked up from the 5th floor Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 1:00pm (mail service is exempted from the stay-at-home order)
  • Coworking mail has moved to the World Wide Tech Room (glass room immediately to the right as you enter the 5th Floor, across from Purina Boardroom).
  • Incubator tenant mail and deliveries will still go to the mailroom
  • Please only one person in each space at once to allow for social distancing.
🏢 BUILDING ACCESS 🏢
  • 10th Street Doors are open from 10am-1pm to allow for mail pick-up & courier drop-off.
  • Outside of 10am-1pm, all 1st floor doors are locked & members will need to use their key code to enter the facility.
  • T-REX is maintaining on-site security for the building with changes to our hours of coverage: Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm, Sat: 7am-11am
  • Incubator tenants are still free to access their private offices.
  • The 5th Floor will continue to be closed to coworking & events, with 5th Floor access only available 10am-1pm for mail pickup. (Any coworking members who do not have alternative workspace accommodations available, please reach out to Kathleen. We have temporary private offices available for those in need)
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and you have been present at T-REX,
please inform T-REX administration immediately, so that we can take the proper steps to notify our constituency, work with local health authorities, and prepare the facility accordingly.
All other common sense measures still apply:
  • Stay home if you feel sick or have been around anybody sick
  • Wash your hands 🧼
  • Use our sanitation stations
  • No shared food/drink
  • Keep at least 6 feet distance from other people

LOOK FOR THE GOOD:

In times of uncertainty, no words of advise ring truer than those of Mr. Rogers reminding us to "look for the helpers". This past week on Twitter, we've been spotlighting the St. Louisians finding innovative ways to help each other. From local breweries producing free hand sanitizer to STL's makerspace fabricating face shields for first responders, and even  a new website dedicated to curbside restaurant options, there are endless creative ways for all of us to pitch in and lend a hand.

Check out our Twitter for more stories to inspire you and your team & let us know your ideas on Slack how we can all pool our talents to step up in this time of need.
