The last few weeks have been full of uncertainty as the USA, along with the rest of the word, deals with COVID-19. We remain committed to supporting our customers while also minimizing risk in this historic time.

The Joulescope Store is open as usual to serve our customers. Joulescope is portable and affordable, perfect for helping you remain productive from home. We have a sufficient stock of factory calibrated units available for immediate shipment. NIST-traceable calibrated units have a standard two week lead time.

We rely on our shipping partners to safely deliver your orders, and all have COVID-19 information. Check out the statements from UPS, DHL, and the USPS. Joulescopes ship worldwide from Maryland, USA.

As of now, our small team remains healthy. We are washing hands more frequently, regularly sanitizing our fulfillment center, and practicing social distancing to help keep ourselves and our customers safe. Software Update

The Joulescope UI 0.8.9 software is now available to download. This release fixes several critical issues including:

Fixed poor performance caused by GPIO Widget #60.
Fixed current ranging preferences #63.
Fixed NaNs in downsampled data #51.

We also added a few new features, including "Waveform Control" widget improvements and Control-left-click on dual markers to move both markers together.

We recommend that you update soon. The full release notes are on GitHub.
