Important Coronavirus Update: Monday 23rd March
In order to protect service users and staff from the virus, our drop-in at Belmont is now closed and staff will be working from home to offer whatever support we can by telephone.
We are following Government guidance to try to minimise the spread of coronavirus and want to encourage everyone to practise social distancing. All regular meetings are cancelled until further notice. Our peer support workers will also continue to offer appointments but by telephone rather than face to face.
To contact us, please call 020 8770 0172. You will be able to record a message. Please keep this brief, giving your name and contact number and the reason for your call. We aim to call you back within 24 hours, and if possible sooner.
You can also email admin@smhf.org.uk. Please do not rely on personal email addresses as they may not be attended.
If you are in urgent need please contact Samaritans on 116 123 or go to Helpful contacts for a list of organisations that may be able to help.
Please think what you can do to help stop other people feeling isolated during this emergency – many will be pleased to receive a phone call from time to time. And take care of yourself: use the Five Ways to Wellbeing to keep well.
We hope it will not be too long before we can re-open and see you all again.
