Oh my, how quickly things change!

Writing a news letter in times like these is new to me. Not really sure where to start, how to start or what even to say. We definitely have a challenge ahead of us and the success of small business depends totally upon you. Some of us won't make it. Some of us will come out on the other side. But no matter what happens, we will have changed, and I have hope that it will be for the better.

Murphys is here, we are open and have every intention of staying that way, unless we are told otherwise. We are open for walk in's or DELIVERY. Which ever works for you. If you would like to get delivery, we are only a phone call away at 540-723-9719. Fortunately, no one has been to specific on what they want. We've just been given a number of wines and price ranges. If you would like something specific, we will get it in on the distributors next deliver day ASAP. We will do what ever it takes to get you what you want. I would also encourage you to find out what restaurants are open for curb side service and carry out. There are still several downtown & on the mall, doing just that. Also, please check out your favorite shops facebook & websites to see what they are up to. You may be surprised!

One change we have made, for the time being, is that we are closing on Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm. We will be here 7 days a week for now. If Sundays prove not to be worth our time or yours, we will close Sundays, though we will still be available for delivery. Monday-Thursday will remain the same 10a-7pm. For now, all events and tastings are suspended.

We do have one "Quarantine 6 pack" available right now. It's 6 bottles for $60.00 that are actually worth about $100.00. Lisa Bell of LK Wine Tours and Sales has given us a tremendous break on these wines and we are passing it on to you. A full break down of the wines is below. Look them over and give us a call for pick up or delivery.

Another Option for eating well while you are at home:
Dine One One! Order your food by Sunday night at midnight, choose your pick up time, pull up behind the Bright Box on Indian alley & chef Patrick Evans hands it to you and you are on your way! Dinner for 2 for under $15.00 AND NOW WITH WINE! Murphy's has paired wines with Dine One One's meals, all for under $15.00. Dinner for 2 & a bottle of wine, all for under $30.00!
Since we've started working with Patrick, we have consistently ordered food from him at least once a week and it's the best thing going at that price. Fine dining without the price!
