WEBINAR WEDNESDAY
The State of - and Starting - a Podcast
Join Journalism and Women Symposium's for our next Webinar Wednesday, “The State of – and Starting – A Podcast" with Lee Uehara, tomorrow evening.
In this webinar for JAWS members March 25 from 9-10 p.m. Eastern Time, attendees will gain an understanding of the podcasting industry from an independent perspective.
Participants will learn the basics of just how simple it is to start a podcast - and WHY creating one today is a fantastic idea. Folks will walk away with a basic understanding of the podcasting landscape. They will also gain the confidence to start their own podcast and share their message with the world.
Lee Uehara is the co-founder of Asian American Podcasters Association, based in NYC, and Podthon.com, a virtual summit for podcasters. Lee hosts and/or produces five podcasts in her spare time. Her main show is the House of Lee NYC. Formerly a reporter with The Associated Press and an educator with the NYC Department of Education in the South Bronx and Harlem, Lee believes in uplifting others through, well, any medium.
