March madness!

Dear <<First Name>>,

Happy New Year! Blessed Ostara! ..what else did I miss? I didn't email you this whole year! So this one will be an overview of the most amazing things I did this year so far, next months newsletter will look forward again (and will follow soon, I promise!).

I made a new painted denim jacket! €180,-
This one was supposed to be my entry for the second exposition at StEK gallery, but the current situation forced the gallery to close until further news arrives. For me, that means it's the second exposition this year being cancelled. On the other hand, I hadn't made a lot to show off yet, so unless I have a proper stash of paintings collecting
dust, I will not complain too loudly. In the meantime, this pretty barn owl is for sale. I created her with fabric dyes, meaning the jacket is wearable and (machine) washable at 40 degrees. It's a size me (lady S) and it costs €180,- of which 10% goes to the WWF (and then taxes and all that!). If you're interested in this one or a commission, let me know!

What I'm working on..

The preview on the left is a work in progress that's currently in my impromptu atelier.

I am making this painting as a memorial to my grandfather, who passed away a year ago. He had Alzheimer’s, and slowly, his world and what he loved started to fade. It is my way of remembering and honoring him. I hope to finish it somewhere soon..

I'm open for (MTG) commissions!

Supporting local artisaens and businesses is now as relevant as ever. So my two cents, I am spending my current festival/social budget on CD's, commissions and gifts! I suggest you do too if you are in the position to do so!

I have a bearskull, a LARP commission and a DnD map lined up for the upcoming week(s), but I gladly take up something alongside!

LARP and roleplay!

Malakden kicked off the LARP season with a bar event early in february. I even used pink in this facepaint!

I think there will be some nice crafts coming along this years season, if you have a genius idea, let me know. I still have a woodburner I want to get familiar with, more textile and leather paint to use, and some very funky pink glow-in-the-dark paint and green powder of the same to apply!
That's all folks! I hope you enjoyed this newsletter. If you got it by some lovely friend of mine that forwarded it to you, feel free to subscribe. It's just one mail every month!

And remember, if you have a question/suggestion/commission, feel free to contact me
