Dear Vendors,
We are now offering customer pick-up of pre-orders on Wednesdays from 2pm-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm.
If you receive a pre-order, please drop them off at the LDDA office from 11am-2pm on Wednesdays or from 8am-9am on Saturday. It is not acceptable to drop off orders earlier or later than the times listed.
Also, please remember:
- Deliver your packages to the LDDA Office at 117 N. Kentucky Ave. between Explorations V and Jimmy Johns, across from Munn Park.
- Make sure that packages are labeled properly. Each package must include:
- Your Business Name
- The Customers Name
- The Customers Phone #
- Whether or not they paid
- If they did not pay, the price.
- Encourage your customers to pre-pay if possible. We will not accept cards at the office. We will accept cash, but remind your customers that they need to have exact change.
We plan to continue with the pre-order/pick-up plan for as long as possible.
