WFN COVID-19 Business Impact Survey

WFN Chief, Council and EDC express its deepest gratitude and support of its business community during these unprecedented and difficult times. To better understand the impact COVID-19 is having on its businesses, a survey has been developed and we would like to hear from you.

Please take a few minutes to complete this quick survey and be entered to win one of two $100 prepaid Visas. Draw will take place Friday, April 10 @ 2PM.

WFN's response to the COVID-19 pandemic

While all WFN facilities are closed to the public, WFN Government operations are still carrying on in a socially distanced manner. WFN asks that clients seeking information/development advice/meetings do so by email, phone/conference call. WFN staff are committed to providing the best customer service possible while limiting person to person contact.

Building & Licensing
 

WFN building/licensing inspections will continue as is for now.

WFN has directed inspectors to minimize personal contact during inspections and maintain a 2m separation from customers where possible.

Need to make a payment?
 

WFN has a drop box at the 1st Floor main entrance for small payments. It is checked continuously throughout the day.

Credit Card payments - over the phone
 
Online payments - bank payments (ONLY for Business Licences)

Etransfer - online banking, must call WFN Finance office for information: 250 769 4999

BC Transit waives fares
 

Passengers using BC Transit will ride for free the next 30 days in a move to maintain social distancing on its buses across the province as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds.
