FROM
CONNECTICUT PUBLIC
As most of us begin another "stay at home" week during this strange and difficult time, we welcome you to take a momentary break from the cares of the day. Test your knowledge of our state's history — and maybe you'll be a winner! As summer approaches and cultural venues re-open, we'll connect you to ways to win free tickets for great concerts, entertainment and events throughout the state. Stay positive, have a bit of fun, and keep looking forward to those glorious sunny weekends to come!

Accept the Connecticut History Trivia Challenge!

It's time to test your knowledge on Connecticut history with the Today in Connecticut History Trivia Challenge. Every week, Connecticut State Historian Walt Woodward, devises 5 new questions ranging from the first festival where Bob Dylan was recorded to the name of the Bridgeport circus star discovered by P.T. Barnum.

Answer all 5 questions correctly and get a chance to win a signed copy of the book Creating Connecticut: Critical Stories that Shaped a Great State by Walt Woodward (and, of course, bragging rights!)

The Connecticut History Trivia Challenge is sponsored by the Office of the State Historian at UConn Hartford & CT Humanities.
