Reliant 85th Anniversary Virtual Rally
Monday 13th April 2020
Hello Everyone,
As a result of the Coronavirus Covid-19 many of us around the world are in a lockdown situation to help ensure both our safety and that of others. Unfortunately the lockdown has brought with it numerous cancellations as Classic Car Shows, Club Rallies, Vintage Runs and many other motoring events are cancelled.
So, the Reliant Motor Club cordially invites you to our first online rally to celebrate the 85th Anniversary of the Reliant Motor Company on Monday 13th April 2020 on Facebook starting at 10am (UK time).
There are no entrance fees, free camping and all the comforts of your own home.
Everyone can attend (regardless if you are a member of the RMC or not) by posting a photograph of their Reliant and saying hello.
We will also be holding various events as you can see below so please join us, there will also be prizes including the opportunity to win an additional 2 years membership.

No need to pack the tent, gas cooker, sleeping bags, tool kit and everything else for our rally, just a small box containing tea, coffee, cake, along with your Reliant photos will do nicely.
Car of the Day
What is a Reliant rally without a Car of the Day competition. To enter the Car of the Day you will need to upload a minimum of 6 pictures of your car, (under the heading Car of the Day) that must include one of the inside and the engine bay. There will be a prize for the winner.
Capture of the Day
Do you have a photo of your Reliant that makes you smile every time you see it? Then when not upload it in our Capture of the Day event (under the heading of Capture of the Day) and we can see who has the best one. It can be an artistic capture, a scenic one or indeed just a really silly one, as long as it includes your Reliant, anything counts. There will be a small prize for the winner.
Furthest Travelled
The RMC is blessed with members from all over the world so why not post a photo of your car and let us know where you are from under the heading, "Furthest Travelled". The virtual location for the Rally will be Reliant's home town in Tamworth, UK, We will judge 2 categories, the furthest location away in the UK and the furthest location outside of the UK. Again there will be a small prize, honestly, it will be quite small.
