In these challenging times we wanted to take a moment to reach out, share thoughts and updates.
 Harmony Dawn is awakening to the bursts of spring. The brook is flowing, the birds are building nests, buds and bulbs are bursting out of the soil. The natural world of connection is a beautiful salve for the soul. Yet we are missing a big element of connection, the main purpose for creating Harmony Dawn - all our lovely guests and friends that grace us each season with their presence.

Adhering to public safety and health regulations we, like you, are isolating until we are able to host gatherings as permitted by the law. The health and safety of everyone is paramount and when able to gather with you all, sanitizing and protocols will be implemented to ensure safety.
While we cannot meet physically, we have virtual classes, you tube videos on meditation and qigong, along with cooking videos and recipes being posted regularly on our blog, youtube and our website.

Andy’s teaching organization, the Tai Chi and Meditation Centre, (TCMC) will be offering classes via Zoom and Facebook updates to come. TCMC teacher, Michael Herring, offers Qigong classes for FREE on Facebook - daily at 2pm.

This is such a spiritual month, with Easter and Passover around the corner. May we all share in grace and humanity for others. I would like to offer a poem written by our dear friend Sister Georgene Wilson. A Franciscan nun who is an artist, poet, global spiritual being who is always in the NOW.
