Our original release takes on a fresh new look this autumn, using unprocessed Freestyle Hops hop cones picked from the bine and flown across the Cook Strait to make their way into the brewhouse all on the same day. Two different hop varieties lend their distinctive white grape and freshly squeezed lime characters to create one harmonious batch of Fresh Hop Bitterbitch.

Using a PET bottle that is able to be sealed air-tight, our special tap system is able to Co2 purged and fill under pressure to ensure as much oxygen is eliminated from the vessel as possible. Getting our beer, fresh to you.
