Newsletter - 10 April 2020
Vol. 7. Issue 28
This week, as the Virtual School Experience continued, our teachers have also been working hard to write and finalise progress comments for all NAISR students from Pre-K1 through to Grade 12. An email will be sent to all families once the Semester 2 Progress Reports become available via the Parent Portal.

Today marks the beginning of the Spring break! Students may take a break from their distance learning for the coming week. The Virtual School Experience will then resume on Monday, 20 April.

During the first week back after the break, the PTSA will be hosting a fun 'Sharks Week' with different Shark challenges each day. All NAISR students are welcome to participate in this great initiative to bring our community together during these times of social distancing, so be sure to check out the PTSA Corner below for more details.

Remember to keep your eyes glued to our Instagram and Facebook as we release some results from the Parent Satisfaction Survey, conducted back in December. The links to our social media channels are at the bottom of this email. We are so pleased with the results and will be sharing them all with you in due course.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy Easter and a relaxing Spring "staycation".  All the best from our family to yours.

Parent & Student Surveys
Moving the entire NAISR community to distance learning has been an exciting and challenging project. With almost four weeks of experience behind us now, we are keen to learn what is working and what could be improved. Over the past week, a parent survey was sent out and we thank you for all of your valuable feedback! We have reviewed your comments and will be adapting our next phase as a result. Expect an update after the break and thank you once again for completing the survey. We have also been working on a student survey, which will be issued via email directly to students from grades 3-12 later today.
