The following service providers continue to deliver services by phone, email, video-conferencing or other virtual means. Doors remain closed to walk-ins, appointments and in-person services:
- YMCA Employment & Immigrant Services: Services are still being provided through phone, email, video and online webinars. Call 905-526-8452 for more information. Webinars and more information will be updated at https://www.ymcahbb.ca/YtoWork
- Immigrants Working Centre: Settlement Services are available by phone calls, video calls and email. Contact: settlement@iwchamilton.ca or call 905-529-5209 ext. 221.
- YWCA: Offering services over the phone and virtually including online workshops through WebEx. To contact YWCA Hamilton, call 905-522-9922 or visit www.ywcahamilton.org
- Wesley Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) and Client Support Services (CSS) continue to provide critical and certain non-critical resettlement and intensive case management services to Wesley’s active Government Assisted Refugees (GARs). Whenever possible, CSS and RAP provide these services remotely via telephone, online platform such as Skype, WhatsApp and etc. Wesley RAP services will be delivered during self-solation period for recently approved RAP clients.
