Just a quick update, I know we are all getting a lot of information thrown at us right now.

Zoom In, Bliss Out!

New Class on Zoom Next Week:

Let’s coax our bodies and minds into relaxation mode!

We will breathe, stretch, and release tension. Breath work is especially important right now, COVID-19 affects the respiratory system.

 

Details:

- 6-7pm Friday 4/10/2020

- We will focus on connecting with our breath, calming our nervous system, and applying Fascial Stretch Therapy principles to get an awesome full body stretching experience.

- $12 for this 60 minute class via Zoom

AND- Group Classes are still NOT at Kiwanis Recreation Center, but now it is INDEFINITELY. 
 

Are you missing group classes or how awesome you feel afterwards yet? As you may know, Kiwanis Recreation Center will be closed until further notice which means no in person classes for quite some time.


I am offering my Monday 5:30pm & 6:30pm classes for $10 per person via Zoom this coming Monday 4/6. As long as it’s going well and people are registering- we can keep doing it on a weekly basis. As of now, the link below will be updated every week.
