COVID-19 Coronavirus: Tools to Help
Learn How to Fight & Protect Against COVID-19: Worrying and stress make you more vulnerable, so get informed, get prepared, and reduce your stress! In this short video you will learn:
  • How to Protect Against COVID-19 (or any virus!)

  • How to Treat Later Stages
Some things are very simple, and other may sound new to you; however, just about all these actions are available to anyone. Not only will these things help you against COVID-19, but they will also help you against other respiratory illnesses, such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and more. I am not a doctor, and I do not have any drugs to recommend, but I can share with you the foods and supplements that have helped countless others battle previous diseases with great effectiveness. Start with some very simple and basic things:
  • Stay calm! Stress lowers your immunity, so try to relax. I know it's not easy, but we must try to look at things in a positive way, so that our immune system can stay at full strength.
  • Eat liver! Liver is cheap, and full of vitamin A and other vital nutrients. Stress burns vitamin A, and our body needs vitamin A to fight disease. Eat liver once or twice a week if you can.
  • Consume dairy - raw milk, butter, cheese, kefir, yogurt, etc.; find pastured lard if you can, and other high vitamin D foods, as vitamin D is also essential for fighting disease. A and D need to stay in balance.
  • Consume soups! Cook them long and low, as your parents or grandparents did. It is no joke - chicken soup is great medicine - but only if made the right way! Bone broth, meat broths, etc. are great!
  • Consume healthy fats, especially coconut oil, as it is antiviral, and lard and butter (for the vitamin D), and other healthy animal fats.
  • Consume fermented foods! The good microbes strengthen your immune system and serve as a first line of defense against invaders. Kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt, etc, can be excellent.
  • Don't forget the eggs! Eggs have just about everything you need, and it pays to get the best eggs available to you.
Get the junk food and commercially processed foods out of your diet. FOOD 1st. And then move on to supplements to help you fill in the gaps:
  • Magnesium - capsules, tablets, powders, oils, empsom salt baths, etc. are all good ways to get magnesium into the diet. This is the one mineral that I always supplement with!
  • Zinc. Oysters are best, because they balance the zinc with copper, but there are some great supplements and lozenges that you can take! A zinc lozenge is certainly better than candy!
  • Elderberry Juice, Extract. Here again we can get some healthy lozenges to help us ward off viruses, and we can also drink the juice or get tinctures.
  • Olive Leaf Extract. If you find yourself sick, you might want to start taking this as a supplement. Do the research and you will see stacks of evidence supporting its general effectiveness.
  • Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is another old and trusted remedy for many things, and in this case a 3% (up to 10%) solution can be used to keep ears clear of viruses! Learn more in the video
  • Protease S (AKA Seaprose S) is perhaps the most powerful weapon for breaking up mucus in the lungs. COVID-19 becomes dangerous if it compromises your lungs with mucus, so you will want to know how to break that up if that ever happens. This is the best way, and the best product that I know of is SEAXYM. Japanese are lucky in that they can find Protease S in most OTC cold medicines.
Finally, I have to mention what is perhaps the most important, or 2nd most important item: CS (colloidal silver). If you haven't seen my video on CS, I suggest that you do. Use CS to help prevent and treat COVID-19. Having Protease S available to break up the mucus will allow you to use CS to heal your lungs and attack the virus directly. I hope nobody ever needs these things, but I keep them on hand just in case.

I'll be putting out another video soon with additional items to help you, as there are other effective methods to for fighting viruses. The hospitals and standard medical care have no support yet, beyond ventilators; however, you can do a lot to help yourself and others.
