Thanks in part to work from the Exoneration Project and the Wrongful Conviction Externship, an Elkhart, Ind. man was released after 16 wrongful years in prison and granted a new trial after his 2002 murder conviction. Access to the Law School remains card access only. Your Irish1Card will still gain you access to the building.

Welcome
 Jean Marc Brissau has joined the Law School as our graduate programs manager. Jean Marc is a graduate of the Human Rights LL.M. program, and has spent more than a decade engaged in humanitarian work. He most recently served as the country program director for Notre Dame's Haiti program. Jean Marc was awarded a Notre Dame Presidential Award in recognition of his distinguished contributions to the University in 2010.
