Students from ND Law Wrongful Conviction Externship help free Andy Royer
Thanks in part to work from the Exoneration Project and the Wrongful Conviction Externship, an Elkhart, Ind. man was released after 16 wrongful years in prison and granted a new trial after his 2002 murder conviction. Law School Coronavirus Resources
The Faculty and Staff portion of the Law School website continues to be updated to include updates specific to Law School operations and resources and tools for faculty.  

Law School Access
Access to the Law School remains card access only. Your Irish1Card will still gain you access to the building.

Social Distancing
Please continue to practice social distancing. Use phone or email instead of holding in person meetings. If you must meet in person, please keep a distance of 6 ft between each person.

Welcome

Jean Marc Brissau has joined the Law School as our graduate programs manager. Jean Marc is a graduate of the Human Rights LL.M. program, and has spent more than a decade engaged in humanitarian work. He most recently served as the country program director for Notre Dame's Haiti program. Jean Marc was awarded a Notre Dame Presidential Award in recognition of his distinguished contributions to the University in 2010.
