April LEC - Still on Zoom

April 25th at 10AM is still the planned Lodge Executive Council meeting date and time but we will be meeting online again using Zoom.

We are still looking for applications for Lodge Leadership, so if you think you are good choice for the position please apply by clicking the link below.

As of right now elections are still planned for the evening of May 2nd. But we are working on a plan if we need to change because of social distancing. Stay tuned for more information.

NEW SHIRTS FOR TRADING POST

The Trading Post is looking to update it's supply of shirts and wants your help to design fresh new shirts.

Send your design ideas to secretary@ainatopahutsi.org by April 15th. Designs should be scout appropriate. Designs should use one of the following

the ATH60 logo
the current Lodge Flap design

May Gathering and Induction Weekend at Bear Creek Scout Camp

Once we come together again after social distancing our camps are going to need lots of help to get ready for summer camp. Our May Gathering and Induction weekend is still scheduled for May 15-17 and we will need all hands on deck to help!!

It's that time and if you want to stay an active member of the Lodge you have to pay your dues. Paying your dues doesn't just give the
Order money to sit on, we need it to provide high quality events, camper-ships and camp improvement. Just remember to pay your dues as soon as possible.

Another reason to pay your dues -- you aren't considered a member in good standing unless you are up to date on your dues. Only members in good standing can vote during elections!!

To all the new ordeal candidates, there is no limit to how many can come out to Bear Creek in May for the Ordeal and Induction weekend.
