Virtual Beyond Stretch: 8PM

CARS?  ✓  MOBS ✓ PAILS / RAILS ✓.  Tomorrow we get all 3.  What the hell is Paul talking about?  All you need to know is our 8PM Virtual Beyond Stretch is on Hip Mobility, Calf Mobility, and Toe Mobility.  It's great for those of you who have been running around Alexandria VA .
