Don't forget about the Census!
Right now most people are rightly focused on managing and supporting themselves and others during the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope that organizations will help their constituents remember to complete the Census. An accurate census helps our city get the funding it needs for schools, healthcare, housing, transportation and more . Be sure to remind people that they will get a LETTER IN THE MAIL with their unique code, which they will then use to complete the questions (there are only 9 of them!) online at https://2020census.gov/

Our Safety Captains want to keep you #safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic
We've been super fortunate to move all of our staff, both adults and teens to remote work and we're thrilled to share with you a document that our Safety Captains created to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy during the pandemic.

MORE RESOURCES FOR THE TEENS IN YOUR PROGRAM OR YOUR LIFE
We're excited to share some new resources that have been added to our Virtual Resources for Teens document. Each week, we are going to add additional resources that are teen-specific. This week we added three new topics and resources on VOTING, HISTORY and COLLEGE READINESS.
For some teens, this is a good time for them to learn a new skill (like typing without looking at the keyboard! or search for a job (tell them about our Play Captain job, which can be found at: www.playcaptains.com); or maybe they'd love to experience a virtual tour of the Philadelphia Zoo.

There's also resources for mindfulness and mental health, because we know that this is a stressful and unusual time for everyone.
