Greetings and blessings for you and your family at this time, and what a time we are in!  
Please stay well, look after yourself and each other.


I am sure you have seen, and clicked on so many of the great offerings and resources out there right now, and other than remaining healthy please release the pressure to take advantage of everything being offered. 

I want to share some resources I love, and I repeat; release the 'should' of how you are to manage this time of shift, change and uncertainty. Follow the safety guidelines, while also following your intuition and heart.

Also, I am offering a complimentary life wheel class. A life wheel is a tool used to get a feel you of how you are doing in areas of life, such as relationships, emotional well being, physical health and intellectual well being among other areas you deem important. 
 
While this time is so hard for many, I believe maintaining your mental well being and happiness is important for your personal resiliency.

I also know from the conversations I have been having, many of you are using this time for consideration and reflection - which prompted me to offer this Life Wheel class.

The life wheel is the basic tool most coaches use to support their clients at any stage of their lives - and I am glad to offer this for you.

I have kept the group small to ensure some personal connection with each of you - there is room for 4 people in each class

This is a 60 minute class,
