Dear <<First Name>>,

As we all come to terms with restrictions on our lives and work practices, we're having a closer look at the impact they're having and how people are coping and adapting.  It's a learning curve for all of us as we settle into unconventional routines that may remain for some time.  But, far from being a millstone, we see it as an opportunity to try new inclusive behaviours, as I share with you in my column.

Our editorial is a smorgasbord of first-hand accounts, from people across many industries, of how working from home is shaping-up for them .

Our advice column, Active Voice, offers tips on how to stay focused and motivated while WFH.

We have a guest blog from our partners at the Power Of Staff Networks to highlight next month's National Day for Staff Networks.

And finally, we have included a podcast where I share my views on the meaning of Inclusion.

Enjoy - and remember, sharing is caring!

Rina.

We're All In This Together But How Are We Coping?

It’s a huge ask isn’t it? Being told to work from home for the foreseeable future? Love it or hate it, it’s the new “normal”.  But how are people adapting/evolving/diversifying to accommodate the changes brought about by Coronavirus and the “obligation” to WFH? We asked a handful of people, in different roles, to share their experiences.
