 Covid-19 og endringer i organisasjoner
Verden står i en spesiell situasjon om dagen, og vi har stor medfølelse for de av våre operatører som er rammet av Covid-19 eller de økonomiske følgene viruset har fått.
Seksjonen for ubemannet luftfart opererer som normalt, og du er velkommen til å melde inn eventuelle behov du har i denne tiden slik at vi kan se på løsninger. Det er for eksempel ikke mulig å få avlagt droneeksamen på trafikkstasjon per nå, men hvis det er nødvendig for din virksomhet har vi mulighet til å sette opp en alternativ løsning.
Dersom det gjøres endringer i organisasjonens lovpålagte roller, for eksempel operativ leder eller teknisk leder, som følge av permitteringer eller annet, må dette meldes inn til oss. Dette i henhold til droneforskriftens § 21; operatøren plikter å melde inn endringer i virksomheten til Luftfartstilsynet. Det samme gjelder dersom virksomheten opphører. Endringer kan meldes inn på e-post til postmottak@caa.no.

Covid-19 and changes in your organization
We all find ourselves in unfamiliar circumstances these days, and we would like to express our sincere sympathy with those of our operators that have been affected by the corona virus directly, or by its financial implications.
The section for unmanned aviation is functioning normally, and you are welcome to report any issues or specific requests to us so that we can assist you. As an example, it is not possible to pass the drone exam at any traffic station at the moment, however, we can provide a solution for you if necessary.
Remember to report any important changes to your organization due to e.g. layoffs. This especially applies to changes in management. Operators are obligated to notify the CAA Norway of any changes to the undertaking, including discontinuation, in accordance with section 21 of the drone regulation. Notifications of change shall be sent to postmottak@caa.no.

Droneflyging i verneområder:
Vi har mange verneområder i Norge som er opprettet for å beskytte dyre- og fugleliv, vårt naturmangfold. Hvert enkelt av disse områdene har en egen forskrift, og det er denne forskriften som bestemmer om du har lov til å fly drone i verneområdet eller ikke. Forskriftene kan du finne på www.lovdata.no eller på verneområdets hjemmeside.
Hvis du er usikker på om du befinner deg i et verneområde kan du finne kart på blant annet www.naturbase.no
Fylkesmannen i Troms og Finnmark har laget en nyttig informasjonsvideo om droneflyging i verneormåder.

Drone flights in conservation areas
In Norway, there are many conservation areas in place to protect wildlife and nature. Each of these conservation areas has their own regulation, regulating, amongst other things, drone flights. The regulations can be found at www.lovdata.no and sometimes the conservation area has its own webpage. To find out if where you are intending to fly is regulated as a conservation area, you can use a map, like the ones you can find here: www.naturbase.no
The county governor of Troms and Finnmark has published an information video about drone flights in conservation areas.
If you would like to fly within a conservation area where drone flights are prohibited, you may apply for a permit. More information about permits, and other useful resources can be found here: www.fylkesmannen.no/tf/droner

Status nytt felleseuropeisk regelverk
Luftfartstilsynet jobber med å legge til rette for det nye felleseuropeiske regelverket for bruk av droner. Dessverre er det slik at vi ikke kan garantere at regelverket kommer på plass den 1.juli 2020 grunnet forsinkelser i arbeidet med innføringen av regelverk i EØS-samarbeidet og effekten av Covid-19. Vi jobber allikevel fortsatt mot denne fristen. Dersom innføringen blir forsinket vil det likevel være mulig for operatørene å starte arbeidet med å tilpasse seg det nye regelverket. Vi anbefaler at du allerede nå setter deg inn i regelverket.

Common European regulations for drones
Norway Civil Aviation Authority is working towards the implementation of common European regulations for drones. Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee the implementation will take place on July 1st, 2020. This is due to delays in the implementation of regulations through the EEA, as well as the effects of the corona virus. However, we are still working towards this date, and we encourage all operators to get familiar with the new regulations.
Information about the new regulations can be found on our website, as of now in Norwegian only. You will find a link there to the regulations in English. This information is updated continuously.
