Hot drinks and cool teachers.
Hi <<First Name>>

Did you know we have a website?! We just thought we would send you some links to the latest news articles on our mindful art blog (below). We generally write about our weekly groups, one-off events, any new groups we have started or our latest attempts to get funding... and whether we've been in the media this month!

This month's biggest news is that we are planning a Mindful Art Club retreat on Saturday 6th June, on a farm in Cornwall. Let us know if you are interested by clicking the Facebook event.

Remember, as a member of our *exclusive* mailing list you always have access to our free colouring pages and mindful body-scan recording. If there's anything you'd like to see coming up, either on the blog, or in the art groups, just hit reply and let us know. We are always looking for new ways to improve Mindful Art Club.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Peggy and Emma

PS. Know someone who would love Mindful Art Club? Forward them this email. They will thank you for it!
