Supplies are running out.

All over the world, new shortages get reported daily — from medical masks to groceries.

And now it's medications.

South Africa's doctors have been overprescribing this drug for COVID-19  without any proof that it works.

Once an outdated malaria treatment, it has been revived during this pandemic.

So much so that some pharmacies have even run out completely.

But is there enough evidence to back it up?
