All Common Area Facilities Closed

The FOSA Board of Directors has approved the closing of all Fountain of the Sun Association (FOSA) Common Area facilities both interior and outdoors effective immediately to all FOSA residents and their guests until at least May 11, 2020.
This action was taken to adhere to the recommendations of the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to eliminate any gatherings of 10 or more people in the FOSA common areas.
The Board will reevaluate this on a regular basis and make decisions regarding when to reopen the facilities based on the recommendations of the local, state and national authorities.
*Note: The action was taken to close facilities after a FOSA Board Emergency Executive session on March 13, 2020 to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic recommendations. The Motion final draft was approved and passed unanimously on March 23, 2020 Executive session. This was read into the minutes of the March 30, 2020 FOSA Board of Directors meeting.
