Workshop Description:
It is time to Begin Anew. Sheltering in place has had its value. You have had time to stop, be still, quiet down & undo the go go go. Perhaps you are now more clear around your values & what nurtures you & your loved ones. What you are not going to do again? What you can let go of? Look out for the recoil to past habits that no longer serve you well. Resist by allowing the present moment’s wisdom to come forward. You can choose your pace. Begin today!
1st: Tune in. 2nd: Awaken within the present each day. 3rd: Practice basic maintenance- yoga & movement, healthy eating, cleansing. 4th: You name it!

Bring your own mat, blanket, block & water bottle
