Mindfulness & Yoga Schedule
Each morning we are streaming a live class focusing on mindfulness meditation and flow yoga. You can come to try out both or just one part. The first 15 minutes will be devoted to mindfulness, followed by flow yoga. The instructor will break in between to allow people to join or leave.
Here are a couple of things to note:
- You do not need a yoga mat to participate
- Dress comfortably
- You can try mindfulness & skip Yoga; you can just do the Yoga or, join us for both
- Both practices are beginner-friendly!
- You can turn off your mic & camera if you don't want to be seen or heard.
