There were few things on the agenda for our March board meeting, and so we made the decision (before anyone said "don't meet!") to not meet again until May. We will consider having our May meeting online, and as always, we will announce the meeting details -- with dial-in information, if applicable -- so that homeowners can participate.
Property inspections will continue, and I've noticed that many of you have "recovered nicely" from the grass and weeds that popped up, and while we're still not being really picky about a few weeks here and there, violation notices are still going out. Again, if you get a notice and there is an extenuating circumstance preventing you from taking care of it, please contact the community manager to discuss your situation.
Stillwater, our landscape contractor, will continue as planned with the preparation work at the Heatherbrae entrance, as mentioned in last month's newsletter. They have been gathering the plants and materials, and want to continue with the work so that the plants they have on hand don't sit unattended in their work yard. It will be nice to have this completed sometime in April, so we can enjoy a more beautiful entrance in the summer -- a bright spot in these unusual times.

Remember: Please wash your hands often, give a friendly wave to your neighbors when you see them, and check in on your friends and family in other locations now and then. Now is the time to use social media and regular everyday phone calls to reach out to people you know who are alone! Let them know you care, and that we'll get through all this -- together, as a community.
As always, I'm available -- primarily via Email (reply to this newsletter or click the Email icon below) and from the web site's contact/feedback page -- if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.
