Dear patients and friends,
We are proud to announce the re-opening of our doors as of April 1, 2020. It has been a transitional and profound time for everyone, however we’ve decided to service our patients who are in need of our services.
Did you know acupuncturists in California are considered primary care physicians? We are an essential service provider and are proud to help those who need our services, including people in extreme pain, patients with immune-compromised systems and those who are mentally and emotionally affected by the current situation.
To ensure the safety for our staff and practitioners, we are following strict guidelines and altering our procedures.
-
We will be limiting our in-person treatment days to Wednesday and Fridays only.
-
We will be wearing proper protective equipment, including face shields, masks, hats and gloves.
-
We are implementing extra sanitation practices and will be eliminating some of our features on the beds and recliners.
-
Our staff will be diligently cleaning between patients and are asked to minimize physical contact with you.
-
We will be maintain 6 feet distance from you at all times, except during the needling procedure.
-
If any staff member expresses concern with your current health condition, we will kindly ask you to leave the premises and seek urgent care.
