Customer Administration roles in Mill Park

Seeking Customer Administration Officers for our Contact Call Centre in Mill Park.

We need your strong administration and organisational skills to complement our dynamic team environment working as one of the team to achieve desired outcomes.

On a daily basis, you will be responding to and processing written and online correspondence and back office data on behalf of a Federal Government Agency.

The must haves:

Availability to work up to 38 hours per week
Availability to work between the hours of 7:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight) Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on weekends.
Ability to commit to 10 days of training (10 hours per day) on 4 consecutive weekends at the commencement of your employment between the hours of 8am to 6pm
 ** Please note: these training dates and times may vary dependent on business requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Confident and an engaging communication style
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong comprehension and written skills
Ability to utilise computers and website navigation
Experience in similar customer service or data processing based roles will be benefical

First Aid Certificate is desirable
