The Centre for Homelessness Impact launches
a new on-line talks series

The Centre for Homelessness Impact invites you to join them, virtually, for a talk series hosted by CEO Dr Lígia Teixeira, based on the question:

‘How might we rapidly inform and empower communities around the UK to help people who are homeless or at risk stay safe and healthy, both during and after the COVID-19 outbreak?’

They are starting off with these two talks*:

.....................

April 3rd
3pm - 4pm, GMT

COVID-19: Clinical homeless sector plan’,
with Dr Alistair Story and Prof. Andrew Hayward, University College London

.............

April 8th

3pm - 4pm, GMT

No ordinary emergency: How can existing disaster response protocol be applied to COVID-19?’,

with Linda Gibbs, Principal for Social Services at Bloomberg Associates, previously Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services for New York City

..........................
* Apologies for the short notice. CHI will announce more talks soon.
