Central Wellness - A space for yoga and holistic health

Dear Yogis and Friends,

Our online schedule is developing day by day and more classes will be added as we grow our experience in this area.
You can book any digital studio class as you normally would through our our normal mindbody app with all online classes as donation from £2 upwards.  There is also an option to have an unlimited class pass of £40, which includes any of our online classes. 
All our classes at this time are to support each other so please do not feel you have to make a donation and email me directly to book.  At the heart of this offering is our intention to keep our community together. 
We will continue to post videos as well on Youtube for those who cannot join the live ones.

Online classes will enable you to join me or the teacher live on the screen, of course there will be limited ability for the teacher to offer any assists and at any time during the class if you feel discomfort or strain, come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

You will be sent an email confirmation when you book in and 15mins before the class start a Zoom link to the class.

Perfect way to end the week with deep rest and relaxation.
Based on gentle breath based, mindful movements, restorative yoga, guided relaxation and meditation. A compassionate approach to help create positive coping strategies to help unlock patterns of tension in body and strengthen the mind body relationship.

By focusing and quieting the mind it brings our nervous system back to a regulated, balanced state, which is a calm, responsive place within ourselves.
