Technology events for April 2020
Strictly speaking, pretty much all of these and other events are now global, so don't hesitate to branch out and join meetups and webinars from around the world. I'm sticking with groups that have a local connection for this newsletter.
I've done my best to curate this list. Not all groups have updated their websites or Meetup events to reflect a move away from in-person meetings, so I have either assumed that they are not meeting or, in some cases, that they will meet at the same time, but online.
Note that for the groups utilizing Meetup.com's new online event feature, you only get the link to join if you are a member of the group and RSVP "yes" to attending the event.
Finally, one piece of news: Asheville Word Camp has announced that they will not be holding an in-person event this summer. Organizers are weighing options for a possible online event, instead.
