Will I see you Saturday at the market? Farm to City is still hosting Farmers markets, but they prefer customers to make pre-orders, so I am sending you this message each week to let you know what I have to you to enjoy.

Spring is bursting! Ramps are ready for harvest and for the 9th year I will be returning to the same spots to harvest from for the market. The hillside where I harvest is as abundant as ever and I feel confident that I am harvesting a sustainable amount.
The other items on my list are
Nettles, Watercress, Garlic Mustard, Patience Dock, Day Lily Tops, Fennel tops, Sassafrass root, Chickweed
