Dear Northwestern Faculty, Students, and Staff,
We are reaching out from The Block Museum of Art with a warm welcome to spring quarter. Please know, that while our doors may be closed, The Block is open. Think of your Northwestern art museum as a visual art resource for teaching and learning online and soon, we hope, in your classroom.

WE ARE OPEN…
TO SUPPORT REMOTE TEACHING WITH ART
The world is your database... and there are a lot of options. The Block’s team can help you navigate them. A member of our staff can help you select artwork from our collection, or others worldwide, based on your research interests and curricular goals and assist you with a plan to help integrate digital images of the works into your on-line teaching.

WE ARE OPEN…
TO TALK ABOUT ART
The expertise of The Block team is wide-ranging. We can contribute to a digital discussion with one of your classes, whether sharing our areas of research focus or providing context on past projects and exhibitions.

WE ARE OPEN…
TO BRING YOU BEHIND THE SCENES
The Block pursues museum best practices when we present exhibitions and care for our collection of more than 6,000 artworks. We can talk to your students about our work and our collections from multiple perspectives, including curatorial, exhibition design, art registration, art installation, and museum leadership.
