Have you had your belly laugh today?

Hello! How is everyone doing?

I have to say, the past two weeks have been a very challenging time for me... and Brad : )  Brad has been helping me problem solve all of our technical changes as well as keeping us fed aaaand peeling me off the ceiling on many occasions : / The challenge is not just setting up zoom, it was coordinating the zoom with apps and equipment to deliver a quality vocal sound and a quality music sound to you and myself. Our classes are more than a "meeting",  the studio is a place for us to come together and feel safe regardless of our present fitness and coordination level. I love that we are creating a community of like minded people who want to have fun getting fit and support each other along the way.  For these reasons, it is important to me that we maintain some of that great energy that you all bring to the room. I see all of you in the studio sharing and caring for each other. This is more than just fitness, right? Now more than ever : ) So in order to keep as much of that good energy and community feeling, I have been looking for ways to keep us connected.  And! ... I think we've got it! Todays Bootcamp was almost seamless. Thank you again for all of you who took part in classes for the last two weeks, giving me multiple opportunities to tweak the system. Phew! It was a long haul. THANK YOU :)

Moving forward. I have created a temporary schedule for the month of April. I will tweak that schedule to accommodate your interests. So if you don't see what you want, tell me! Tell me what you want, what you really, really want :)   As interest increases, I will add more classes so ... tell me what you want : ) Please note the changes to the schedule. 


To join a class; Please email me what class(es) you would like to p. First priority goes to those ordinarily registered in the class but if it fills up I may add another to accommodate everyone. Feel free to join more than 1 class to try it out.

To register for a class(es):

  1. Choose your class from the schedule.
  2. Respond to this email and tell me what classes you want, day/time
  3. I will add you to the list and you will receive an email. 
  4. Click "yes" I will attend, to confirm your attendance. 
  5. I will send you an invoice for the # of classes that will happen in the month of April only.
  6. You can then e transfer your payment to my email address. nancyisforeverfit@gmail.com
Please note;
I will need the e transfer before the start of the class. If this is not possible for any reason, please let me know so we can work something out :)

If you don't see the class you want or the time you want it. Tell me. 

All of the light grey areas are available for other classes and personal training.

To join your chosen class(es):

  • Make sure you have a zoom account
  • Open the link in the email you received from my calendar... voila, I will be there to greet you : )
  • If you have not every joined a zoom class with me, we may need to set you up. When you set up your device, make sure that you can see your whole mat in the camera.
  • Window or standing light fixture needs to be in front of you, not behind you.
  • Make sure you have all your available fitness toys gathered near you for each class. Suggestions include; a wall, a ball, a band/tube, any dumbbells, melt ball, melt roller, mat, counter, chair, exercise ball. Don't worry if you don't have one of these items, we will figure it out together as we go but see what you have, what you could borrow/buy.

I'm so excited to begin this book club. I have been processing this idea for years. Who knew that there are plenty of  personal development book clubs out there already : ) The first meeting will be on zoom, given the nature of our world at the moment. This is a collaboration not a class, no fees, just ourselves and our book. Everyone is welcome. There is still time to join, and start reading ... or listening as I will. : )

Next Melt Clinic

All Melt Clinics are on hold until we can see each other in real life again.... soon I hope : )
But I am including Melt techniques in all of my classes.

If you are looking for a group to train with, let me know.  There are others who would like to join you. Call me to reserve your spot for Group Personal Training with 3-4 like-minded people. It's still personal training, you are just sharing the watchful eye of "your" trainer ... and the cost : )

One Pan Mexican Quinoa Dinner

I don't have a picture yet but, trust me, you are going to love it! In case you haven't noticed yet, I gravitate to delicious recipes that are easy and leave lots of room for adaptation. So if there is an ingredient you don't care for, change it. This is the kind of recipe that you can't ruin. Just make sure to keep the consistency you like with the liquid/solids ratio. It's ready! : )))
