- It's a good idea to add this link to your google/yahoo/outlook calendar so you can find it. If you don't have an online calendar, make sure you save this email, otherwise you won't know how to join.
- On Sunday 4pm EST (1pm PCT, 9pm UK time:) Sign in a few minutes early to save your spot and ensure everything's working OK.
- Please mute your microphone unless you're speaking (details below on how to do that.)
- It's much easier to use a laptop, tablet or i-Pad than a phone for an event like this.

If you're not familiar with Zoom:
|

- Well before 4pm EST (1pm PCT, 9pm UK time) on Sunday click on this link: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/4898667770.
- The screen will then ask you "Allow zoom.us?" Click on "yes" (It may offer you the choice of downloading Zoom. You don't need to do that.)
- The screen will then prompt you to allow audio. Say yes.These are the controls at the bottom of the page. It shows you were to mute your microphone and show yourself on video or not. When you press Chat you'll get a box you can post messages in.

- On the top right-hand corner of your screen you'll have the option to choose gallery view or speaker view. You'll want to have your screen on Speaker view (which means the words Gallery View will show in the red box (see image.)

- If you have it on Gallery View it will look like this and will be hard to follow who's speaking.

|
This will be my first time hosting a Zoom event. So hopefully we can all be patient with each other and muddle through! Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday. (I'd love to see your face but feel free to show yourself on video, or hide yourself.)
