Women have a natural affinity for bringing people together to take action and support one another.
In this time of uncertainty, it’s more important than ever that we find new ways to come together. In a joint effort to bring entrepreneurs together and give women entrepreneurs a platform to empower each other—and everyone around them—Startup Canada has launched the Women Entrepreneurs Program.
In partnership with the Coca-Cola Foundation, this program aims to support women who own businesses or those who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs to start and scale.
WEWebinars
Our upcoming Women Entrepreneur Webinars or WEWebinars will provide tools and knowledge to help women start and scale their businesses. Although the focus of these events is women, all are welcome to participate and learn for free!
The first of this series will be led by Silvia Pencak, President of WBE Canada, on theImpact of COVID-19 on Women Owned Businesses. Join us April 2nd at 4:00 pm EST to learn how your women-owned business can survive and even thrive through these challenging times, and stay tuned for more details on future WEWebinars.
The Women Entrepreneurs Program is designed to support women entrepreneurs—particularly from marginalized backgrounds. Our goal is to reach and help 10,000 Women Entrepreneurs to start and scale thriving businesses by providing education, content, and resources.
