The shop is open for mail orders
As you know, we closed the allotment shop in order to protect everyone and comply with Government advice. As it looks like we are going be in some kind of lock-down for a while, we have come up with a way to still let you get your supplies from the shop.
All the items we have in the shop are now listed on the website. Please have a look at what you need and then email us (details on the website). You can then collect your order at the times published.
At this time we are only accepting payment in cash (exact change only to avoid having to handle coins).
We are obviously going to keep this under review and will let you know if we need to make changes.
The allotments are open
In case you were in doubt; the Government has stated that you are allowed to go to your allotment, as long as you keep 2 meters away from other people.
Are you struggling with your plot?
If you find yourself unable to cope with your plot and either want to give it up or down-size, please contact plots@caga.org.uk. We have about a dozen people on the waiting list so there are people who can take it over if needed.
Committee Update
Due to the lockdown we are not currently having committee meetings so no minutes to publish.
If you want to talk about something, our Facebook group is a good place to start and you will usually find someone happy to help with any enquiries.
