Reduction of daily tasks in light of COVID-19

As we all look to implement social distancing, staff are asked to consider what tasks they previously undertook on a daily basis that can now be done more infrequently, with minimal impact to customers. An example of this is checking the mail. Staff are asked to only check the mail once a week. If you get mail for people in the office, drop it to their desk and email them to let them know they have mail.
