WEEKLY

Dear friends,

I hope you're all well and taking care of yourselves and each other in these challenging times. As promised last week, I am contacting you with more details about our online young adults groups which we plan to start in two weeks time. These groups will be a great opportunity to connect with each other and grow in our faith during this time of isolation - I hope you can join us! I am very keen to get some expressions of interest for both groups by the end of this week so that we can look at a time and format that would work best for those interested.

Please feel free to invite as many young people as you wish to either/both of the groups.

I have also included a couple of other online events that you might be interested in this coming week. Check them out below.

God bless,

Tomasz

Other Online Resources and Events this Week
The following are some other great online resources and events coming up this week:

Fire Up Ministries Online Talk
Fire Up Ministries have started running some FREE online talks and the first one aired just yesterday with great success. The upcoming talk will be on Wednesday 22 April (next week) from 7pm. It will be on the Four Last Things through the lens of the Theology of the Body.

Anchored Life Night
Life Teen have been running some online life nights for the last couple of weeks and have one coming up on Monday morning 20 April. They have fantastic speakers and this coming week is no different. The topic this week is on Mercy.
Mission Opportunities
We're still taking expressions of interest from young people who may want to assist with the following:

Hampers/Shopping Delivery
St Vincent de Paul Society has flagged a need for volunteers to assist with shopping and delivering hampers to the more vulnerable in our community. Please email youth@aohtas.org.au if you are able to help.

Blood Donations
Blood donors have decreased during this crisis time, however, blood donations are still much needed. We are keen to organise a group of young people to donate blood together in order to help those in need. Please email youth@aohtas.org.au if you are interested in this or would like more information.
