It has been nearly a month since our planned 2019 AGM. Due to the fact that we couldn't go ahead with a physical meeting and not having a technological option available at the time we haven't been able to circulate relevant related documents.
To this end, the committee has been working behind the scenes and we have the relevant documents available for members to view if they desire.
Since these are club related we have put them on the website with a logon required to access the relevant documents. Please keep the
logon and password confidential. Details are at the bottom of this update.
Further to this, the committee is having its first official meeting this coming week where they will be ratifying the administration tasks required of the AGM along with giving thought to where the club stands given the unique circumstances we all find ourselves in.
