"Zen Meets Mondays" Online Meditation & Healing Support
An online women's meditation group will be continuing each Monday from 7 - 8:45 pm.
A soft place for you to find comfort with intentionally and lovingly written meditations. Soul written just for you. A comforting place for healing.
Each session will have an oracle card drawn for you. I invite you to bring your journal should you wish.
The online platfrom I am using is Google Hangouts so you require a GMAIL account for me to send you the link. Similar to zoom, but no downloading required. It's your choice if you wish to appear or just use the audio.
There is still space for tomorrows event at 7pm "Release & Rebirth".

"Embracing the Rainbow Within"
Some of you have been waiting for me to put this workshop online.
I have been sitting with it for sometime, awaiting my inner guidance. I feel at this time I wish to offer this program as a spiritual growth & guidance group. In doing so, I feel that the group will be small and intimate, allowing a safe space for sharing. At this time of uncertainty and change, offering a sisterhood of support and guidance feels right.
What is this Soul Support group about?
The rainbow respresents the multifaceted aspects of who we are. What lives in those aspects are also our energetic body, our sacred Chakra system.
Embracing the Rainbow Within is an EMPOWERMENT and SELF DISCOVERY Group for Women and about Women! A safe place to explore, discuss and learn about the emotional and spiritual aspects of our Seven Sacred Centres in you personally.
This group was lovingly created with a combined knowledge from experience as a Women's Counsellor/group facilitator & Energy Healing Practitioner , Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Practitioner.
This support format group takes a more intimate look at the emotional and spiritual aspects of the Chakras, how they govern us in a deeply personal and intimate way, how they block and nourish us. A chance to intimately connect to them and make friends with them. Through discussion, pracitces, meditation and other tools. including the story telling and insights of Chakra Wisdom cards.
Registration is required to attend. To keep the continuity of the Sisterhood, and because there is personal sharing, a commitment to a closed regular group is important.
This is not a typical Chakra workshop. It is a living, breathing step into the inner workings of the emotional and spiritual body.
It is a learning and journalling experience.
It is an opportunity to step deeply into who you are as a beautiful energetic being.
In each session you will:
* learn about and connect to the emotional and spiritual aspects of
the 7 major Chakras
* Explore concepts of self esteem, self love, creativity, sexuality,
spirituality, personal power, sense of security
* go deeper in sharing and learning how they feel, look and act in
your life.
* Discover, share the barriers and blocks that some of these
aspects create
* Learn Meditation and Mindfulness skills to connect to quiet your
mind and soul
* Learn Journalling practices and put them into practice in your
personal life
* Develop your Personal Mantra for healing
* Develop your own Life Mission Statement
* Take part in Group energy healing

* SHIFT.... CHANGE... ACCEPT and LET GO of what doesn't serve
you.
What you will need:
-a journal or workbook
- an open heart
- yoga mat and/or comfy pillows if you wish to lie down during the meditation aspcet
- a printer is helpful, but not necessary. I will be sending you what you need via email
- access to a computer as I will be utilizing Google Hangouts
- access to a Gmail account for the live link
Each session you will have a chance to listen, learn and share through reflective journalling and soul writing.
Each session your personal sharing is welcomed and respected in this safe and confidential space.
Each session you will be encouraged to take time inbetween groups to integrate and reflect on the discussion and material.
The Soul Support Group will run every Thursday evening from 7 - 9pm starting April 23 to June 11. If within the closed group something comes up and you need to miss one session, you may arrange with me for a private session.
Cost for this series is pay as you go $35 per session
