As we enter week 5 of being out of the Pilates studio, I want to thank you all for your support, for showing up weekly to move and breathe with me and for staying strong. I am working on collaborating with some for my fellow instructors and healers to bring you some complimentary weekly events. These are events that I planned on hosting in the new studio but I figure, why wait until we get back, lets start now!

Also, please join my friend Maggie for a complimentary Saturday morning Yoga session. Maggie will be joining our community and will be offering a regular weekly Yoga class.
