GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS TO SUBMIT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION MATERIALS TO CHAPTER COUNCILORS
Application & Personal Statement
The scholarship application has been made into a fillable PDF form online so that the applicant may complete and save it to their computer. The application must be virtually signed by the applicant. The applicant may submit the application electronically to the chapter councilor.
Faculty Recommendation Letter
Electronic submission of the faculty recommendation letter from an institution email address will be accepted. For tips in requesting recommendation letters from faculty, visit our blog.
Transcripts
Transcripts may be submitted electronically to the chapter councilor via the registrar’s office at the request of the applicant OR if the councilor can verify an applicant's GPA and credit hour information through online documentation available to them, the chapter councilor may download this information and submit it with the scholarship application materials.
