Sunday 75min Yang/Yin @ 9am
Warm, open and calm the mind and body with this delectable union of vinyasa and yin style yoga. With roots in Chinese tradition, this style of yoga begins with a series of sun salutations to build muscle and activate blood flow. The second half of class celebrates the yin side of yoga, with long holds, that gently invite the body to unfurl itself while calming the mind and reducing stress. Please have 2-3 blankets or towels handy, and any other yoga props you like.
