Hey fucker.

New week - new you. How are you doing? Getting tired of running into yourself these days? Me? I am still enjoying my own company, we are having much fun taking photographs with dead flowers and moldy lemons, thank you very much ;-). (and yes autocorrect, I did indeed mean a 'moldy' lemon, it sounds strange, but 'tis the truth - see the bottom of the email for a quick spoiler - might come up in one of the upcoming tips)

Anyway, the tips of these weeks are all somewhat related to taking care of yourself. I am not always fan of the self-care hype - for example, what do people have to do who don't have a bath at their disposal, where they can soak in luxurious bubbles and post #self-care pictures in? (No I don't have a bath and yes I might be a tiny bit jealous)

But taking care of yourself can also mean:

25. Accept your dark, embrace your light
26. Be temporarily unavailable because you are having your [insert cooler and more powerful word for 'period']. As a cautionary side note, don't let men insert this word for you, you will be disappointed.
27. Spend some time offline and
28. Take care of yourself in whatever form - my form happened to be lying on a stone area surrounded by water from the harbour and taking a nap in the sun for a significant amount of time (that I cannot tell you exactly and cannot prove in pictures as my phone was off(line)). I guess my inner cat was coming out. Don't worry, I did not catch fish with my bare hands - I am a vegan after all.
29. Time will tell - don't chase after it, don't agonise over the time you will still spend quarantined, don't try to predict what is going to happen, just let time tell you. It will be alright, and if it won't, then it won't - at least enjoy your present to be the amazingly cool person that you are.
