While we understand that COVID-19 has changed how agencies and organizations operate, and how some billing processes work, we did want to send a reminder that CalWEP has not yet received dues payment for *|HTML:MMERGE4|* this year.
Please reply to this email and let me know if you would like an electronic invoice sent to you or if you will need additional time given the current circumstances. Here is a summary of what our records show is still outstanding:
As a reminder, MWD is providing a 50% cost-share for their sub-agencies. We have also recently moved our offices. If needed, an updated W-9 can be downloaded here. Please ask your accounts payable staff to update their records!
